Pinoy Gaming Network Where Pinoy Gamers Unite!
TL;DR: Stellar Blade Complete Edition launches on Nintendo Switch 2 tonight at 11:00 PM Philippine time. It’s US$59.99, includes all the past DLC, and the physical copy has the full game on the cartridge. PS5 and PC players also get four free Bayonetta-inspired outfits for EVE at the same time.
Shift Up’s sci-fi action game first came out as a PS5 exclusive in April 2024, then hit PC in June 2025. Now it’s making its first jump to a non-PlayStation console, and it’s not a stripped-down port.
Launch time for Pinoy players
Shift Up set a simultaneous worldwide release: 12:00 AM KST/JST on November 6, which is 11:00 PM PHT tonight, November 5. Walang regional rollout, so everyone gets it at the same time.
What’s in the Complete Edition
- The full base game
- The NieR:Automata and Goddess of Victory: NIKKE collaboration content
- Previously released Complete Edition bonuses
- The new Bayonetta collaboration: four couture outfits for EVE
Price and format
- Standard: US$59.99
- Limited Edition SteelBook: US$69.99
- Physical copy: the full game is on a 32GB cartridge, not a game-key card, so no big download is needed
- Digital size: about 25GB on the eShop
That cartridge detail matters. A lot of recent third-party Switch 2 releases ship as game-key cards, which you can’t play without downloading, and they’re harder to resell. Stellar Blade is a proper cart.
Switch 2 extras
Reports point to Joy-Con 2 motion controls for non-combat actions and a frame-generation toggle. There’s also a free demo on the Switch 2 eShop, so you can test how it runs in handheld mode before buying.
PS5 and PC players, may libre kayo
The four Bayonetta-inspired outfits are free on PS5 and PC too, unlocking at the same time as the Switch 2 launch. If you already beat the game, it’s a good excuse to boot it up again.
