About Pinoy Gaming Network

Pinoy Gaming Network (PGN) has been a home for Filipino gamers since 2008. It’s independent, reader-powered, and run by Salleh, who handles the writing, the editing, and keeping the lights on. We cover the games you play, the gear you care about, and the culture that connects us, always from a Pinoy point of view.

Our story
PGN began in 2008 as a simple static page made by players who grew up in the golden age of Philippine MMORPGs: Ragnarok Online, RF Online, ROSE Online, MU Online, and later World of Warcraft. Sir David co-created it, and friends from the scene helped it grow. The site moved to Drupal and then settled on WordPress in 2009.

From 2009 to 2012, a small crew of writers and contributors made PGN one of the go-to stops for Pinoy gamers. Then life happened, the team moved on, and the site went quiet for a while. In 2026, PGN is publishing regularly again, and the community is coming back with it. Welcome back, mga ka-gamer.
