Every Pinoy MLBB player has a Layla story. She was the first marksman for many of us, the hero we tried before we even knew what a build was. Maybe she was your first “main,” or the hero that one tropa always picked and somehow still fed with. Ten years later, Moonton is giving her the best birthday gift possible: a free Collector skin.
Yes, free. Collector skins are the game’s top cosmetic tier, the ones usually locked behind expensive draws, and this one won’t cost you a single Diamond.
What’s happening
Layla’s Stellar Gala is the main event of MLBB’s 10th anniversary, the ALL IN MLBB campaign. It runs from today, October 9, until November 19, so you have about six weeks.
The reward is Layla’s new Collector skin, reportedly called “Prismatic Rhythm” based on Advanced Server info. Early previews show a rainbow, star-themed palette across her hair and effects, plus reworked skill animations. It’s a full Collector package, not just a recolor.
How to get it: Starfall Breakout
You won’t earn this skin through ranked matches. Instead, the event revolves around a mini-game called Starfall Breakout. Based on Advanced Server previews, you control a chibi Layla flying through space, dodging meteors and collecting energy to earn event points.
According to early guides, you’ll need 360 points on the event’s reward track to unlock the skin. Points also come from event tasks, and there’s reportedly a daily cap, so you can’t finish it all in one weekend. Mag-log in araw-araw, play your runs, and you’ll get there.
The good news for casual players is that Starfall Breakout is a separate arcade mode. Your rank and hero pool don’t matter, only your reflexes and how consistently you play. Mythic or Warrior, everyone has the same shot.
Bonus: free skin and emblem trial
While the Stellar Gala is running, Moonton is also offering a free trial of selected skins and emblems from October 9 to November 12. It’s a good chance to try a few emblem setups or heroes you’ve been curious about.
Other anniversary goodies you should grab
The Anniversary Gala Weekend, which lets you pick 1 of 265 skins, ends on October 11, this Sunday. If you haven’t claimed your pick yet, do it this weekend.
The 10th Anniversary Celebration Pass also runs until November 1, with the new Nana Epic skin among its rewards. Moonton has also announced an offline MLBB Birthday Party this October with community activities, limited souvenirs, and a developer Q&A. Full details haven’t been released yet, so we’ll post an update when they are.
