Build 7068 x86 of Windows 7 was only intended to be released for OEM only and not available to tech testers but are uploaded in popular torrent sites. Build details are the following:

Meanwhile, speculations abound regarding the final RC build of Windows 7 that it is expected to be available this May from Microsoft’s own website to be made available to consumers for testing. Release Candidate (RC) build is regarded as almost complete and ready version before the final retail version is released. Microsoft says that Windows 7 will only have 1 RC build to be released to be followed by the final retail version.
