It’s probably the motion blur effect kapatid. It was designed to make it look more fantastic. You can actually disable that. Yes, it is annoying as hell, you can’t aim right with it.

i dunno if it’s just my copy or i installed incorrectly but, the when i move around, it’s not “smooth” as compare dto say, graw or cod4..is it really how they designed it?coz it’s a pain moving about and aiming your hit..

Yeah that bothered me too. Made you disconnect of sorts from being the character instead to controlling a character. Which for an FPS is kinda weird.
